Strategic plan

In 2022, the Board of Directors worked with GPCSO staff to develop a five year Strategic Plan. Our organization's Vision, Mission and Values were reviewed, and goals were set under 3 core themes:

Establishing strategic priorities has served to guide our continued efforts to provide high quality care for some of the most vulnerable members of our community while strengthening our organization as an accountable provider of publicly funded services.
