What to bring

GPCSO Case Managers will visit you in your home.

You will come to see the Geriatric Psychiatrist in the clinic. Your first appointment will be about 1 ½ hours. You may want to bring a family member with you. Remember to bring all prescription and non-prescription medication with you.
